Block Decking and Squaring!
We use BHJ fixtures to deck a block to a specific hieght as well as making each bank of cylinders the same hieght from the crank side to side and front to rear as well as cutting the deck 90 degrees to the crank. These fixtures can truely square a block. Factory blocks are usually not even close to being square. We do the actual decking on a Sunnen CBN Machine and can get very smooth finishes if needed! MLS gaskets require a very smooth finish. We deburr the sharp edges when we are done!
