With the Sunnen HBS-1300 blocks and heads can be surfaced to the almost mirror smooth
finish required by todays MLS[multi layered steel] head gaskets. We use CBN cutters to
acheive this precision finish. CBN cutters are what is needed for todays precision machining.

to make your block deckstruly 90 degrees from the crank center line, as well as to any deck
hieght required and square from front to back. We have what it takes to truly make your block
