Intake Manifold Modifications!

First we cut the plenum in two.

Then we made a plate out of sheet aluminum.

Then we welded it in place to give a smooth transition into the runners!

Then we blended the welds and ported the runners!

Then we welded it all back together!

This is the NEW air entrance with aluminum plate installed!
